Daily activities include managing accounts receivable / payables, marketing, bid preparation, accounting and new business development.

With 30 years of Government contracting and business development – Randy ensure RESI compliance and contracting actions meet all aspects of both commercial and Government regulations. An expert in cost, pricing, subcontracting, proposals – Randy is a critical functional to this team. He is an accomplished author on relevant acquisition matters; furthermore he is an NCMA Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and NCMA Fellow. During his USAF Career, he obtained Level III Contracts, in the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) – the highest level achievable. Randy has also spoken on ‘Doing Business with Air Force Materiel Command” in the US and Canada.
